Override Rate Per Auth
Have you ever received an authorization with a custom rate for just one individual? There's no need to create a new service, simply enable the override rate field on the authorization to adjust the rate for that specific authorization only.

Forms: Present User Signature Option
Need multiple staff signatures on one form without logging in and out? The present user feature makes in-person group signing fast and easy. Perfect for meetings, group intakes, or shared devices.
EMAR Sync Utility
This utility allows for manual syncing of users, consumers, and departments between the emar integration and SETWorks. This utility can also be used for checking sync errors. This utility is for use by providers with an integration with CaraSolva.

QA Comment Updates
QA Comments received many updates! There are new privileges to automatically resolve comments when a record is signed, notify the creator when a comment is resolved by another user, and remove signatures when an unresolved comment is created. In addition, comments can now be added within the Activity Record tab of the consumer profile.

Claim Follow Up Notes
When claims get partially paid or denied and need follow up, or when you want to documentation around billing corrections, use the Claim Follow Up Notes feature to track your progress and follow-ups with funders.

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Receivable is one way to manage billing/invoices. Each consumer has accounts receivables which keeps a record of charges and payments.

This feature allows for importing payment information on multiple invoices at one time.

The Advanced Report Builder left beta in June 2025! Thank you to all who participated in our beta testing group.
State Specific Updates
State Specific Updates
SETWorks now provides auto-generated 270 files that are automatically
uploaded to PROMISe to verify Medicaid eligibility for consumers. This
enhancement streamlines the verification process by eliminating the need
for manual file creation and submission.
SETWorks will generate the file according to the funder's specifications. The provider can then download that file from SETWorks and upload
it into the funder's provider portal.
Once a Batch is created, the "re-authorize Life Sharing" button can be
clicked which will process each record and check for other service time
on that day to make sure the appropriate Authorization is selected for
that date.

QA Assistant
The QA Assistant is an advanced AI tool designed specifically to enhance the quality of your documentation processes—all while ensuring full HIPAA compliance. We recently expanded this feature to be available in the Case Management notes and EVV. We've also introduced an Accept Revision checkbox to approve replacing your original comment!
Advanced Report Builder Assistant
Use the Report Builder Assistant to quickly get answers, troubleshoot issues, and streamline your report-building process inside of the SETWorks Report Builder. Previously available with the Report Builder while the Report Builder was in beta, the Report Builder Assistant has been expanded and is exclusively available in the SETWorks AI Enhanced package.
AI Documentation Insights is a feature designed to analyze, summarize, and answer specific questions on all of
your documentation! With the ability to build your own AI Documentation
Insights Custom Tasks, this feature is tailored for you and your organization, both in function and safety, to ensure compliance and give you back valuable time.

look at how your team is using these tools. It's a dynamic, data-rich
dashboard that helps you understand what's working, where SETWorks AI is
making the biggest impact, and how usage is growing across your
organization.
