We
now allow you to select contacts from the consumer's profile and pre-populate
their contact details right into your form. We support adding all types of
contacts and you can enable this in the form builder today!
With the new form status feature, you can
customize the status options to fit the use of your forms. Stay organized and
easily see the status of the forms you create.
On the home page, staff can see at a glance which consumers have
forms they need to complete. Use cancel when a consumer is absent or click to
complete the form.
We
now support assigning a form to a plan question. This will require a form be
completed when the specific Plan Question is answered. Forms can be tied to the
Plan Question as a whole, or it can be tied to individual answers.
QA
comments are a way to leave feedback on records and track the status to manage
record completion for signature approval. Administrators can leave comments
requesting changes to documentation and track the resolution for each record.
This feature is only compatible with the billable group activity record.
We
now display a completion status at the top of the record as well as
throughout so you can easily tell which components are missing documentation
and which are not.

You
now have the ability to download multiple invoices at once via a zip file we
send to your Message Center. You can also create a new auth line from within
the invoice editor and this gets added to the consumer's profile.
