How do I create a Billable Group Appointment? One Time or Recurring?

Billable Group Appointments function differently than original and individual appointments in that they allow for multiple consumers and staff to be scheduled within one group appointment. The details of the appointment are created within the left panel of the appointment frame.
There are a several different types of appointments in SETWorks. This article demonstrates the capabilities of the "billable group appointment", the most comprehensive type of appointment available in SETWorks. Depending on how your SETWorks is configured, the appointment shown in the following article may not relate to you. Always refer to the direction provided by your SETWorks administrator above the information in the following article.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
Creating a One-Time Billable Group Appointment
Some fields may not be visible depending on the privileges within your SETWorks site.
Date: Select the date from the calendar icon.
Service Type/Service: Filter by service type or service.
NOTE: The selection here limits the list of consumers.
Department: Filter by Department
NOTE: The selection here further limits the list of consumers and staff.
Place of Service: Select the location in which the appointment is to occur.
Employer: Select the applicable employer.
Description: Type the subject or description of the group appointment.
EXAMPLE: Day shift at the paper place.
Set Default Time: Select the start and end time.
Recurrence: For one-time appointments, leave recurrence deselected.
Primary Location: Auto-populated from the employer address.
Staff: Select applicable staff (multi-select allowed).
Use Default Schedules: Default schedules are pulled from the consumer profile > Schedule tab
Consumers: Select applicable consumers (multi-select allowed).
[Consumer in/out times]: Select the start and end time per consumer if different from staff.
NOTE: Originally defaults from the 'Set Default Time' field above.
Save Appointment.
Appointments appear yellow on the home screen calendar.
Creating a Recurring Billable Group Appointment
1. Follow the same steps as to create a one-time appointment.
2. Before saving, select the Recurrence checkbox.
3. Select recurrence preferences including day of the week.
4. Choose End After or End By preferences.
End after - allows you to choose a number of recurrences to end the appointment.
End by - allows you to select a specific date to end the appointment.
5. Save appointment.
