This utility is for use by providers with an integration with CaraSolva.
To access the utility:
Settings > Provider Build > Utilities > EMAR Sync Utility
Use the provided search boxes, if necessary, to search for the item you need to sync and/or find and error for.
Once you locate the desired department, consumer, or user you can manually sync them (identifiers must be set up first) by clicking the sync button to the right of the name.
If the sync is successful, you will see a message in the Sync Message column.
If there is an error with the syncing, you will see a message and description of the error in the Sync Message column. If you are able to fix the error, you can do so then return to the utility and attempt to sync again.
