SETWorks Offline EVV Experience - How to Use
SETWorks supports collecting EVV compliant data when there is no reliable cellular or wireless connection.
Please note that the Offline EVV Experience is intended for use where there is poor or no internet connection. If you have a stable connection, SETWorks recommends using the standard EVV Experience.

Using the Offline EVV Experience:
The first time you access the Offline EVV Experience, you must have an internet connection. A connection is required the very first time you load the Offline EVV Experience.
To get started, Select "EVV Offline" from either link at the top or bottom of the page (screenshot):
Make sure to Allow offline.set-works.com to access your location:
Recommended - Use the share button to create a bookmark to the offline.set-works.com page:
The next time you're in a situation where there is no internet connection, use the bookmark to access the SETWorks Offline EVV Experience:
Select Check In to record the date, time, and location of the start of service.
At the end of the service, Select Check Out.
Once a connection is re-established, you'll need to upload the coordinates to SETWorks. Select Transmit Coordinates to save the coordinates into SETWorks:
Please note that the Offline EVV Experience uses your device's local memory to store information.
Restarting your phone, clearing your browser history or cache, or resetting your browser may result in data loss.
SETWorks recommends transmitting coordinates before performing the aforementioned tasks.
