Tips and tricks on various topics such as how to navigate and search the activity records index and consumer index, how to change defaults to make searching easier, review of applicable privileges and settings, how to set default departments. Followed by a review of last years major updates including:
Group Activity Record Multi In and Out - Allows user to split time.
Group Activity Record History- View history of all changes to record over time.
​Group Activity Record Future Dates - Enable the ability to schedule group appointments beyond the authorization end date
Plan Questions - Auto Assign Plan Questions for new clients upon intake.
File Acknowledgements - Require viewing file before working with a client.
Form Download - Download consumer forms in bulk.

Privileges:
The following permissions were reviewed during the webinar:
Is able to edit own default department.
Filter Goals by Active (Unexpired) by default.
Default the Consumer Status filter to "All" on the Activity Records Index.
Default the Staff Status filter on the Activity Record index to "All".
Default the Staff filter within the Activity Record Index to be the current user.
Set the default status to "All" on the Consumer Index.
Consumer Index Set Default Assigned Staff to Current User.
Display the DOB column.
Display the consumer picture / image / photo.
Display "Days since last contact" (last contact is based on last activity record).
Enable the ability to schedule group appointments beyond the authorization end date
Enable the Form Downloads Index in the Global Action Menu. This allows the user to view Form Downloads.
