How do I access Tasks?

All users
Read the following article to learn how to open Tasks in SETWorks

Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

Accessing Tasks via the Tasks Tab

Click the link that says Tasks at the top left of the screen:



This will take you to the My Tasks page. 

Accessing Tasks via the Tasks Widget

Click the View all tasks link inside of the tasks widget to the right of your home screen:




This will take you to the My Tasks page. 

What is the My Tasks page?

The My Tasks page is a page for all users to view their upcoming Tasks. This view only shows tasks assigned to the logged-in user (i.e., yourself).


How do I view the Tasks for one Consumer?

To view the Tasks for a single Consumer, open the Consumer Profile. Then, select the Tasks tab:



How do I access the Review and Manage Tasks page?

To access the Review and Manage Tasks page, open the Global Action Menu (select: add drop down menu), and choose Review & Sign (Tasks):



Clicking this link will take you to the Review and Manage Tasks page.

What is the Review and Manage Tasks page?

Managers and Administrators also have the ability to change the user for whom they are creating the tasks.

Observe in the screenshot below that the Assigned User box is no longer greyed out. Instead, you are allowed to change the dropdown. This allows you to view the Tasks assigned to any user. 



Unlike the My Tasks page, the Review and Manage Tasks page allows access to all Tasks within SETWorks.
