Consumer Demographics Extended Report - This report returns all of the basic information about your clients such as name, date of birth, and demographic information. You can easily export this data to CSV or Excel.
Demographics Dashboard All Time - This dashboard returns demographic data across time, regardless of whether activity records have been logged against the consumers.
Demographics Dashboard Served, based on Records - This dashboard pulls demographic data based on consumers served in the time frame and filters specified. The department filter in this case applies to the authorization for the services delivered.
Demographics Dashboard Served, based on Auths - This dashboard pulls demographic data based on consumers with active authorizations in the time frame and filters specified. The department filter in this case applies to the authorization for the services delivered.
Authorization Overview Report with Frequency Information - This report shows a basic Authorization overview by Funding Source, Consumer Name, and Service, with Hours, Hours Used, Hours Remain, Start/End Date and Frequency information per authorization.
Authorization Overview Report with Frequency Information, Units and Percentages - This report is very similar to the one above, but also breaks out hours into units and percentages.
Timesheet Report without Overlap inclusive of all records - Timesheet Report without Overlap inclusive of all records and sum of the records.
Timesheet Report without Overlap inclusive of all records (No Department Grouping) - This report shows you a timesheet for each staff person and takes into account that a staff may be in more than one record at one time. Any overlapping time is ignored.

Job Placement List Report Extended Content - This report can be used to find out how many clients are currently in a job placement, or how many clients were hired within a date range.
Case Management Report -Targeted Case Management agencies this is for you! This report shows all Case Management Notes based on selected filters.

There are many reports in SETWorks, but what if none of them are quite what you’re looking for? Try out the Custom Report Builder, where you can specify which fields you want to appear.
Custom Activity Record Report - This is a special custom report that SETWorks has configured for you. It’s primary function is to show information collected in Activity Records. You can run the report for a single client, staff OR department. In addition, you can show or hide specific fields from the Custom Report Builder.
