Job Placement List Report Extended Content - Best Practices

How can I use the Job Placement List Report Extended Content Effectively?

Managers, Administrators
This report can be used to report on consumer employment data. I.e. information from the Job Placements tab on the Consumer Profile.

Job Placement List Report Extended Content - Shows Extensive Job Placement information per Consumer/Participant, with different line items per job, showing Wage, Hours breakdown, Employer contacts, Benefits, relevant event dates (Hire Date, Stabilization Date, etc), Service, and Funding Source, etc. "# of Months from Job Dev Start" is calculated based on the Client Event Date with a Code of "JOB_DEVELOPMENT_STARTED" and the Job Placement Hire Date for the Client.
Tip: Pay close attention to the date range filter. This will affect which results are shown.

Tip: Use the Placement Type filter to narrow the results to include only Permanent Job Placements.

Tip: Use the "Date Range includes all placements active within range" checkbox to display all Active placements during the selected date range. I.e. clients that started working before the selected date will be included.

Tip: Clear the checkbox from the "Date Range includes all placements active within range" box to instead show only Job Placements that started within the selected date range. I.e. only clients that recently started their job will be included.
