1. Choose Settings and go into the Provider Build tab
2. Choose the File Utility from the Utilities drop down menu.
3. Choose the Batch Upload Tab
4. Choose the file type (Consumer, Department, Employer, or Staff) from the drop down menu.
5. Choose the relevant department and person from the drop down menus that populate next.
6. Choose the parent directory where the ZIP folder is to be placed ([no folder] means the unzipped folder will be uploaded to the root directory instead of as a subfolder).
7. Click the Select button to browse to the ZIP file.
8. Navigate to the ZIP file to be uploaded and click Open.
9. Wait briefly for the ZIP file to upload.
10. When the blinking yellow dot next to the folder name turns solid green, repeat steps 2 and 3 for any other files to upload.
11. Click Expand to unzip the file into the person's profile.
12. Navigate to the person's profile to view the unzipped folder in SET-Works.
