The step-by-step instructions from the workshops are attached to this article for your reference.


Workshop 1

  1. Activity Records

    1. By the end of the workshop, participants were able to create reports using Activity Records and identify the most relevant data fields. They also learned how to add and format these fields to enhance clarity and usability.

  1. Authorizations

    1. This workshop taught participants how to create and customize reports using Consumer or Authorization data by selecting, formatting, and organizing relevant fields. Attendees learned to apply filters and transformation logic to build clear, purposeful reports tailored to specific needs.
 

  1. Billing

    1. By the end of the workshop, participants were able to create reports using billing information and current service rates. They also learned to add and format the relevant fields to ensure the reports were clear and informative.

  1. Forms

    1. By the end of the workshop, participants were able to create reports using Forms and Consumer Demographics data. They also learned how to add and format the relevant fields to produce clear and meaningful reports.

Workshop 2

  1. Activity Records

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to create and format reports using Activity Records Goal Key Data, organize and filter records, and summarize information with pivot tables.

  1. Authorizations

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to combine and analyze data from multiple models, use appropriate models for different scenarios, and enhance reports using pivot tables, math operations, conditional formatting, and data trimming functions.

  1. Billing

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to create detailed aging reports for billing purposes.

  1. Demographics

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to create and format reports using user information, join models, apply conditional formatting and math operations, and build concatenated fields.

  1. Targeted Case Management (TCM)

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to create reports using TCM Case Management Notes, join models, group records, and apply math operations for data analysis.

Workshop 3

  1. Activity Records

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will learn how to create robust reports using Plan Question data, including adding, formatting, and organizing relevant fields. They will also practice inserting new columns, filtering data for targeted insights, applying mathematical operations, and adding summary rows to produce clear, actionable activity reports.

  1. Authorizations

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will learn how to work with authorization data by understanding the difference between Service Rates and Service Default Rates. They will explore how each rate type is used, when to apply them in reports, and how choosing the correct rate ensures accurate analysis.

  1. Billing

    1. By the end of this workshop, participants will learn how to build detailed reports using invoice and invoice payment data, including adding, formatting, and organizing the most relevant fields. They will also practice inserting new columns, applying math operations for financial calculations, and using conditional formatting to highlight key billing insights.
