Advanced Report Builder - Header Row
How do I add a Header Row to a report I created using the Advanced Report Builder?
With the new advanced report builder, you are able to display the parameters used when running the report. This is useful when exporting, so that you can see the date range and other filters applied to the report after it's been exported.
To Add a Header Row select:
- Add Transformation
- Expert Transformation
- Header Row With Complex Expression
Valid variables currently supported - it is not necessary to enclose with "[ ]":
- Date_Range_From
- Date_Range_To
- Consumer
- Department_Multi_Select
- Consumer_Status
- Staff
- State
- County
- Consumer_Gender_Filter
- Primary_Disability
- ConsumerDateFilterMode
Examples:
The following will display the name of the consumer selected in the filter when running the report:
Consumer
The following will display the date ranges used when running the report in this format: "Date Range: 12/1/2025 - 12/31/2025":
"Date Range: "+ FormatDateTime(Date_Range_From, "d") +" - "+ FormatDateTime(Date_Range_To, "d")
