Sorry for the abrupt ending to the webinar - we experienced unanticipated technical issues! If you missed the Question and Answer section, please see the responses below:
Q: NS Privilege - Is there a way for the record to continue to show NS until all staff members in the billable group record sign? We usually have several staff in the record. Currently, once it is signed by one staff in the record it is considered signed and the "NS" goes away. It would be awesome if it could remain for the current user until they have signed, regardless of signature by others in the record.
A: The NS privilege only requires one person on the record to sign the billable group activity record and will be removed after one signature. It is not on the roadmap to change functionality at this time.
Q: What would be a common reason that the manager override available on group billing?
A: The following privilege allows managers to edit signed records, which removes signatures, and is commonly used for QA purposes to correct information. "Allows users who are able to sign as a Manager/Reviewer to be able to override content even after counter signatures are placed."
Q: Will there be a privilege for who can see those comments?
A: The feature is still in development at this time. Privileges are still being considered.
Q:QA Comments - will staff get a message that they need to make corrections/additions to documentation with the QA comments? Currently with using the message center, they receive a message that let's them know they must add/change something in their record before it is ready for billing.
A:The feature is still in development at this time and feedback is still being considered. Any updates related to this feature and functionality can be found in the Updates of SETWorks at the time of release or featured in the newsletter.
Q: How will the staff know that a manager put a comment on an activity record? Does it go to their messages?
A:The feature is still in development at this time and feedback is still being considered. Any updates related to this feature and functionality can be found in the Updates of SETWorks at the time of release or featured in the newsletter.
Q: For the comments feature soon-to-be-released, once the comment is resolved, is it still attached to the activity record? Would an auditor be able to see these comments? A:The feature is still in development at this time and feedback is still being considered.
Q: What is the best way to review all records for a site if you are doing QA after the fact (to determine if doing well vs done/not done like a manager)?
A: From Jocelyn "If you're asking about reviewing records for staff performance reviews, I actually used the concept of 'how many times did they have to be unlocked because they documented late, or had to be unlocked to edit based on QA recommendations?' Learn more about User Feature Suspension if you're interested in that. I rarely reviewed all records at a given time to determine performance. It wasn't a metric I used due to the time it took to read records." Reach out to ClientSuccess@SETWorks.com if you're interested in discussing more.
