Global:
EVV Offline - Enable the SETWorks Offline EVV Experience.
EVV Offline - Display a link to the SETWorks Offline EVV Experience in the banner at the top of SETWorks.
SETWorks recommends enabling these two privileges for all roles that need to use the Offline EVV Experience.
Activity Records Group:
EVV Offline - Enable the Offline EVV Locations table in billable group records.
SETWorks recommends enabling this permission for Administrators and/or QA only. Applicable users will also need this privilege enabled:
EVV - Can add/edit check-in/check-out times, edit User Location data, and use default time selector (corresponding service must also have the "EVV Service and/or allow Check in/out (if privilege is also on):" checkbox selected within Service/Phase Utility.

Connecting Offline Data to an Activity Record
Once the coordinates have been successfully transmitted to SETWorks, they will need to be connected to an activity record.
SETWorks will search for the applicable record as long as the staff that recorded the coordinates while offline has an activity record entered that day with a start and end time close to the recorded times.
Steps:
Open the applicable record.
Next, Edit the record and select the Checked In and Checked Out checkboxes to indicate the the user checked in and out of the record.
Finally, Navigate to the User Locations tab. Coordinates recorded while Offline will be displayed in the EVV Offline Location Data section. Click Select Location to save the data to the record:
