How to Use

Reference the How to Use guide for instructions on how to record EVV data when there is no internet connection:

Connecting Offline Data to an Activity Record

Once the coordinates have been successfully transmitted to SETWorks, they will need to be connected to an activity record.
SETWorks will search for the applicable record as long as the staff that recorded the coordinates while offline has an activity record entered that day with a start and end time close to the recorded times.

Steps:

Open the applicable record.

Next, Edit the record and select the Checked In and Checked Out checkboxes to indicate the the user checked in and out of the record.

Finally, Navigate to the User Locations tab. Coordinates recorded while Offline will be displayed in the EVV Offline Location Data section. Click Select Location to save the data to the record:

Clicking Select Location will move the location data from the Offline section into the main User Locations section:

If necessary, adjust the record Start and End time to match the User Location Data.
