Accessing Secure Files
Secure Files can be accessed throughout SETWorks where files are stored: Consumer profiles, Staff Management, Provider Files, and Department Files. Folders and Files are indicated as secure by displaying a lock.

Add a Secure Folder
You can make an entire folder secure which will lock the contents or files without that folder.
- Navigate to the area of SETWorks where the secure files are located (e.g., Consumer Profile).
- Select the Files tab.
- Select the folder icon to add a new folder.
- Name the folder.
- Select Secure Folder.
- Save.
Add a Secure File
You can also make an individual file secure and store it within an unsecured folder.
- Select the upload file icon. NOTE: If the upload file icon is selected next to a folder, the folder will auto populate within the upload file window.
- Navigate to and select your desired file to upload.
- Add a label (if applicable).
- Select the desired folder.
- Select Secure File.
