Consumer Events - Active Span Workflow
How Can I Tell How Many Consumers Were Added to SETWorks?
Any time a client is added to SETWorks, a consumer event called "Active Span" is created.
This event is used to track the date a consumer was entered in to SETWorks. The start date of the Active Span event reflects the date they were created in the system.
If the consumer's status is changed to Inactive, the event will automatically be updated with an end date reflecting the date the status was changed to Inactive.
By using the Active Span event, we can easily track when clients were entered and on what date.
These two reports are useful for viewing consumer events:
Consumer Events Dashboard
Consumer Events Report
Use the Consumer Events Report to generate the report for a department (or all departments):
Export the report to Excel and apply filters to filter for Active Span.
Consumer Events Dashboard
Use the Consumer Event filter to filter for only Active Span:
Export the Consumer Events Widget to Excel for deeper analysis.
