SETWorks is happy to announce updated and simplified Business Intelligence views into your service delivery. These new views are based on all of your activity records, authorizations, service billing rules and rates as well as electronic remittance advice if applicable.
The "Authorization Utilization By Department" will give an at a glance view of how well we're utilizing our authorizations by Departments. This is a great way to see what you are currently charging and what you should be charging in the future.

The "Authorization Utilization By Department" will show the Following:
Total Charge Amount: The total amount for currently provided services.
Total Target Charge: What you should be charging when evenly distributing the services on the authorization.
Total Ideal Target Charge: What you should be charging to maximize the remaining amount of the authorization.
