Adding Funding Source Contact

How to add a Funding Source Contact

This article will explain how to add a Funding Source Contact.  After adding a Funding Source Contact you will be able to select them in the drop down.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

1. From the Provider Build section select Contract/Funding Source/Funding Source Contacts Utility in the drop down Utility
      Settings>Provider Build>Utilities>Contract / Funding Source / Funding Source Contacts





2. Click on the desired Funding Source

3. Scroll down to first view the Contracts associated with the Funding Source

4. Scroll further down to view the Funding Source Contacts

5. Click Add new record on the Funding Source Contacts table

6. Fill in the appropriate contact information, making sure to check the Active checkbox

7. Click insert to associate the contact with the Funding Source


The contact will now appear in the funding source contact drop down menu when adding an authorization for that contract.
