Intervention/Assessment Keys Aren't Showing in a Record
Why aren't intervention/assessment keys showing in my Activity Records? (for Task Analysis)

Intervention/Assessment keys (also known as Task Analysis prompts or I/A keys) are used in SETWorks to gather quantitative data on a goal/step/strategy.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
Common reasons that prevent keys from showing on the record
1. Keys are not configured.
2. Keys are not configured and assigned to a service.
3. Keys have been customized on an individual's goal.
Troubleshooting Recommendations
1. Tell your manager or local administrator that you do not see I/A keys on your Activity Records for a specific individual.
2. Administrators can configure keys within the utilities.

3. Managers can ensure keys are configured within the individual's goals (for Billable Group Activity Records only).
