Administrators
If you need to update your role for any reason, please contact your local SETWorks Administrator (for Managers and Staff), or contact support@set-works.com (for Administrators).

Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

Explaining Roles within SETWorks

Roles in SET-Works allow grouping of users by the privileges they to which they should have access. This configuration is completed by SETWorks staff prior to go-live with an organization, and can be updated as needed even after the organization is using SETWorks for daily documentation. By default, users may be added to the Administrator, Manager, and/or Staff roles.

Each SET-Works user is assigned to at least one role in SETWorks, and Administrators have the privilege to change, add or remove roles for themselves or other users.
