Configuration for new Washington state requirement of tracking phases for Community Inclusion Services
Adding Phases to Service/Phase Utility
New Phases to be added in the Service/Phase Utility must use the provided codes in the corresponding field. After entering the new phases, assign them to the Community Inclusion services.
To preserve historical data, please add new phases instead of updating existing.

Privileges
Ensure phases are enabled in your activity records if you are utilizing the Group Activity Record
Enable the Phase dropdown on Billable Group Activity Records.
If you want to make phases required on the record, please enable the following privileges:
Individual record:
Service Phases are required on the Billable Individual Activity Record.
Group record:
Service Phases are required on the Billable Group Activity Record.
Volunteer and Other Hours
The employer selected for the hours must have a placement type with the code “VOLUNTEER“ or “Volunteer_Vol". This can be configured in the Placement Type Utility.
Reporting
New Reports are available that are compatible with the new phases and volunteer/other hours.
