What are the primary SETWorks Utilities I absolutely need to know?
Administrators
SETWorks can be customized to meet the needs of your organization. This includes customizing the dropdown options to better reflect options your agency might use the most (e.g., Sign Language as a language option). Those dropdowns are managed through SETWorks utilities.
Access Utilities
Settings > Provider Build > Utilities
To find a utility, use the dropdown box or search bar.
Primary Utilities
There are a few utilities that are key to using SETWorks. These utilities are primarily set-up at the very beginning of your journey with SETWorks and may have been configured with the help of the SETWorks implementation team. We recommend you review these utilities annually to ensure items are still up to date for your organization's needs.
Service / Phase - Services are added and edited. Also where Service Codes, Earning Rates, and other Service details are maintained.
Service Type - Used to create/modify Service Types. Service Types are a way to group similar Services.
Department - Departments are added or edited.
Contract/Funding Source/Funding Source Contacts - A combined Utility is where Funding Sources, Contracts, and Funding Source Contacts can be added and edited. Fields include Mileage Rates and Authorization Limits.
