Uncovered Time for 24h Service Delivery Report
The Uncovered Time for 24h Service Delivery Report is available to track gaps in consumer time for 24 hour ICF services. The report will display data for consumers that do not have an Activity Record created for a time frame. We calculate the duration of the gap (from start time to end time) in minutes.
It is helpful when assessing if there is missing documentation.
If you run it for all departments and all consumers, it will
