Unable to Sign Using Sign & Close - Role For Signature Required

I'm Trying to Sign a Billable Group Activity Record Using Sign & Close, But It's Not Working

The Sign & Close feature on Group activity records allows managers and administrators to sign as any role that has been configured to sign for that service in the Activity Record Group Utility. Users with the appropriate level of privilege are able to select the role they wish to sign as and then use the sign & close button to sign the record. Read the article below to learn more. 

Error Message - Role for signature is required

If you're receiving the following error message:

"Role for signature is required."

This means that you have the ability to sign as any configured role. Simply select the role you wish to sign as and then select "Sign & Close". A new window asking for your SETWorks PIN will appear. Enter the PIN and select Okay and the signature will be recorded. 

The ability to sign as any role is dependent upon the following privilege:

Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Activity Records
Allows users who are able to sign as a Manager/Reviewer to be able to override content even after counter signatures are placed.
