Ticket to Work (TTW) Reports

SETWorks offers a robust TTW reporting tools designed to help Employment Networks (ENs) effectively monitor performance, streamline billing, and maintain compliance. Below is an overview of the core reports and how each supports your EN operations:

  2. Simplifies routine quality assurance processes
  3. Reduces time spent gathering data for SSA requests and internal reviews

2-Way Communication List

  1. Ticket Program Agreement (TPA) requires Two-Way Communication
  2. Real-time tracking of communication status for any date range
  3. Instantly identify Ticketholders missing required communication
  4. Drill down by month/quarter to track compliance and attempted contact

Consumer Events Report 2.0

  1. The EN will use this report based on the customized events selected by the EN
    1. The most common use would be to identify names of consumers who the EN are tracking for updates (i.e. requesting assignment or unassignment) or
    2. Ease of collecting names for a consumer search (i.e. consumers who were chosen for past SSA Service Review)
  2. Utilize the following filters on the report:
    1. Client Date Filter Mode: Ignore Date Filters for Clients
    2. Client Even Date Filter Mode: Events with start date within the date range

TTW Outcomes Payment Report

  1. Select any date range for historical performance and trends
  2. Filter by payment category (Phase 1, Phase 2, or Outcomes) and payment milestones
  3. Identify trends and characteristics of top-performing characteristics
  4. Filter by staff, location, or affiliate (Admin EN view only)

Job Placement List Report Extended Content

  1. Identify who is working and who you want to request payment for
    1. Will need to filter the report with the following filters:
      1. Client Status: ALL
      2. Status (Terminated Status) - should state Not Terminated
      3. Reportion Options - check the box, "Include all active placements (ignore date filters)"
  2. EN Job Placement Status - Who do you have working today?
    1. Status (Placement): Active
    2. Status (Terminated Status): Not Terminated
    3. Reportion Options - check the box, "Include all active placements (ignore date filters)"
  3. Mark placement as inactive when done collecting any payments

Ticket to Work Service Summary Report

  1. Summary of documented services with selected date range
  2. SSA Annual Services and Support Review for Proof of Relationship form, if needed for Phase 1 Payments

TTW 24 Month No Payment

One of the terms of the TPA requires Employment Networks to unassign a Ticket if no payment has been received on behalf of a Ticket Holder in 24 months. 
  1. EN can use this report with a date range of the past 24 months to find the names of active Ticket Holders who meet this criteria
