Privileges required to use these features:

Scheduling
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Global
Show the Scheduling link in global navigation.
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Activity Records
Show conflict resolution interface on scheduling page
Scheduling - Enable Scheduling Group Appointment Conflict Check Warning
Staff Availability
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Staff Management
Enable the Staff Availability tab within Staff Management.
Is able to approve Staff Availability.
