Service Isn't Showing on Authorization

Why isn't my service showing in the Authorization dropdown?

Managers, Administrators
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

There are a few things to check if a service is not appearing within the dropdown on the authorization. 





Troubleshooting Recommendations

Service/Phase Utility
Navigate to Settings > Provider Build > Utilities: Service/Phase Utility
1. Search through services, or use the search bar to ensure the service has been entered into the system. 
2. If the service does not appear on the list, check the Service Status: ALL and ensure it has not been made inactive
3. Check your Service Departments. 
    NOTE:  Services can be assigned to specific Departments to ensure proper usage by Users.




Departments
Navigate to Settings > User Maintenance: [select User experiencing issues]
1. In the case the Service has been assigned to a Department, ensure the User has access to the department the Service is in.
