Troubleshooting Recommendations
Service/Phase Utility
Navigate to Settings > Provider Build > Utilities: Service/Phase Utility
1. Search through services, or use the search bar to ensure the service has been entered into the system.
2. If the service does not appear on the list, check the Service Status: ALL and ensure it has not been made inactive
3. If you're using Group Activity Records, ensure the Group Service checkbox is checked.
4. If you're using EVV services, the Required for EVV checkbox may need checked depending on the privilege settings.
Departments
Navigate to Settings > User Maintenance: [select User experiencing issues]
1. Ensure the User has access to the department the individual is in.
NOTE: If the user is not within the same department as the individual they are searching for, they may not have access to the service the individual is authorized to receive.
