Administrators

I noticed that some reports don't allow my staff to change the staff dropdown. Why is this?
Some reports in SETWorks have limits placed on who is allowed to run the report for all staff. 

This is controlled via the following privilege:
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Reports:
Is able to select All Staff from the Staff filter on applicable reports.

  • Staff Billable Timesheet Report (including Consumer and Service)
  • Staff Billable Timesheet Report (including Consumer and Service) formatted for Excel
  • Staff Billable Timesheet Report (without overlap)
  • Staff Timesheet With Consumer Services and Group Records Report
  • Staff Mileage Report Export
  • PM Logs Report
  • Payroll Comprehensive Report (Custom for the ARC) 
  • Payroll Comprehensive Summary Report
