If you've forgotten your password, follow the steps below for self-service password reset. If you'd like to change your password, follow the steps under "I already know my current password, but I want to change it".
For security purposes SETWorks does not maintain any login information for our users such as usernames, passwords or pins.
If none of the solutions below help resolve issues with logging in, please contact your Administrator for further assistance with resetting your password, your pin or retrieving your username.
How do I reset my password? (Self-service password reset)
On the login screen, click "forgot your username or password?"
Enter your username OR email address:
Check your email for the password reset link. Click the link to lead to the following page:
Troubles with the Password Reset Process?
Clear your browser history and click the link again.
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. If you do not find it in the spam folder, contact your organization's administrator.
Password requirements are unique to your organization. The requirements will be displayed on the password reset screen.
I already know my current password, but I want to change it. How do I create a new password?
To change your password:
- Log in to SET-Works.
- Click on the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. (Hint: the Settings icon looks like a small gear.)
- On the My Profile tab under Password, enter your current password, enter a new password, reenter the new password and then click the Change Password button.
I received a message about verifying my email address. How do I do that?
Validation of e-mail addresses:

Occasionally - especially with new accounts - SET-Works will ask you to validate your email address.
- When this happens, a verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- If you do not receive the verification code, check your e-mail spam folder. If you do not find it in the spam folder, contact your organization's administrator.
- You will be prompted to enter this code to successfully verify your e-mail address.
- The e-mail verification is not required to log in, but until you verify your email you will prompted every time.
- You can delay the verification process by selecting "postpone verification and continue to SETWorks, but it is recommended that you verify your email address.
