2022 Pricing for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Services
We are updating the pricing for our EVV services, and we want to make sure you know what to expect. Here’s what this change means for you.
Historically, SETWorks EVV services have been included as part of the monthly SETWorks subscription fees with no additional charges.
As the roll-out of EVV has continued across the nation, the cost and labor impact of connecting, maintaining, and supporting those connections has as well. For our team, it has significantly affected SETWorks operations.
Moving forward, if an organization provides EVV services, it can expect a maintenance fee, based on the number of people you serve. This will begin at their next contract renewal.
This fee and these changes were not taken lightly. It will allow our team to continue to support the ongoing requirement changes from funders and aggregators and continue consistent updates and improvements to our EVV software and services.
For all our clients who use SETWorks and our EVV services, we cannot express how much we appreciate your partnership and your understanding with changes like these.
