How to: Opting out of Email

This Article will explain how to opt out of two different email notifications in SETWorks.
Terminology can be modified within these Programs per Version. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your Version, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

Opting out of Email

To opt out of emails log into SET-Works, click on the Settings icon in the top right.
If you do not see this button please contact your local Administrator.



Then click on the button labeled Edit my profile.

Scroll down to the Additional information section and you will see two options regarding opting out of emails.


1. Opting out User Emails: If another user sends a message to you from within SET-Works this setting will inhibit an additional email being sent to your registered email address notifying you of the message within SET-Works.

2. Opting out Sys Emails: Certain organizations have reminders set up to generate notifications within SET-Works. Unless disabled, these system notifications will also generate an email message.
