How Do I Make Changes to a Staff (User) Profile?

There are several different ways to access a staff profile in order to make changes. This article briefly describes each method.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
Editing a Staff Profile
There are currently three methods for opening a user profile. Some of these may only be available to certain roles.
Editing Your Own Profile
Click Settings
and then click on Edit My Profile:
Editing Any User's Profile via User Maintenance
Click Settings and then
click on the User Maintenance tab. Then, select a user and click on Edit Profile. (Only Managers and Administrators generally have access to this page.)
Editing Any User's Profile via Staff Management
Select Staff Management
and then select a staff name and click edit. (Only Managers and Administrators generally have access to this page.)
Contact your local administrator if you do not have access and believe you should.
