Types of Non-Billable
Non-Billable Staff Only
This type of Non-Billable Activity Record is used for tracking time that can not be reimbursed from a funding source and does not include a consumer.
Non-Billable with Consumer
This type of Non-Billable Activity Record is used for tracking time spent with a consumer that is not eligible for reimbursement from a funding source.
Non-Billable Activity Records are divided into categories of activities (e.g. training, time-off, jury duty, meals, etc.). These codified selections help drive reporting and other summarizing functions.
Applicable to Payroll
One characteristic of a Non-Billable activity is applicable to payroll. If an activity is marked as paid, any hours logged in this category will be added to staff time-sheets and will be taken into account for payroll determination.
