The SETWorks Billable Group Record is the most full-featured record in SETWorks and allows you to capture all necessary documentation on one screen. 

The Billable Group Record provides easy access or allows documentation for the following features: 
  1. Goals and Outcomes
  2. Clinical Events
  3. Additional Supports
  4. Custom Plan Questions
  5. Forms 
  6. Production
Many reports in SETWorks are compatible with the Group Record. Some of our favorites are:
  1. Activity Record Group Multi Month Report - This report is fantastic for viewing Intervention and Assessment keys over time.
  2. Custom Report Builder - The Custom Activity Record Report can display Clinical Events that were recorded in a group activity record. 
  3. Clinical Events Report - This report displays all clinical event records, regardless of whether they were recorded from the consumer profile or the Group Record. 
  4. Additional Supports Report (Group and Individual Records) - This report is a great option for viewing Additional Supports. 
  5. Service Plan Question Answer Report - This report is well-suited for viewing responses to Custom Plan Questions.
