Many reports in SETWorks are compatible with the Group Record. Some of our favorites are:
Activity Record Group Multi Month Report - This report is fantastic for viewing Intervention and Assessment keys over time.
Custom Report Builder - The Custom Activity Record Report can display Clinical Events that were recorded in a group activity record.
Clinical Events Report - This report displays all clinical event records, regardless of whether they were recorded from the consumer profile or the Group Record.
Additional Supports Report (Group and Individual Records) - This report is a great option for viewing Additional Supports.
Service Plan Question Answer Report - This report is well-suited for viewing responses to Custom Plan Questions.
