How Can I Monitor SETWorks Messages?

Is there a way to tell if people have read the secure messages I sent them?

Yes! This is possible with the Notification Report. This report can be filtered by department and staff, and the user may choose the date range.
It shows who sent the message, to whom they sent it, the subject line, and the dates when the message was sent, read, and archived, if applicable.
If a staff has not read or archived a message, these fields will be blank for the message in question.

The Notification Report allows users to view messages even if they were archived (messages are automatically archived after 90 days.)

Privileges:

Limit the staff filter to self on the following reports: Notification Report, Staff Coverage Report, User Activity Report, Staff Audit Report (deprecated)
SETWorks recommends turning the above privilege on for all users except for administrators. If the privilege above is turned off and the user has access to the Notification Report then the user will be able to view all messages sent across the system.
