Missouri EVV has specific requirements to send the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) number and the Departmental Client Number. Follow the instructions below to learn how to set these up in your SETWorks site to ensure a seamless integration with Sandata for EVV resources.

Departmental Client Number (DCN) / Medicaid ID

The Client DCN (Departmental Client Number assigned by MO) is exactly 8 digits including leading 0s. In SETWorks this is called the Medicaid ID:
Learn how to set up Medicaid ID number:
Open the client record and select "Edit record":




Locate the Medicaid field on the Client Edit record:



Ensure the Medicaid field contains the Client DCN (Departmental Client Number assigned by MO); exactly 8 digits including leading 0s. 

Save Changes. 

Confirm that the Medicaid ID was saved and appears on the client profile:
