Medications - Medication Not Given Reason Utility

Configuring Medication Not Given Reason in SETWorks

You can add Medication Not Given Reason to the dropdown using the Medication Not Given Reason Utility.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.    

1. Select Medication Not Given Reason in the Utility dropdown menu in the Provider Build tab.


2. Select 'Add new record'


3. Enter in the following information.
  1. Description: This is the name that will show in the dropdown menu (e.g. Medication Not Given Reason)
  2. Code: Enter in a unique name (e.g. INTERACTION)
  3. Active: Checking active will show the Medication Not Given Reason in the dropdown.


4. Select Insert to add it to the dropdown list.



That's it! You will now see the recently added Medication Not Given Reason in the dropdown menu.
