Label Merged With Predefined Answer
In the form builder there are three advanced options that use a predefined answer to automatically fill in text into the question itself.
The question controls that use this feature are called:
Checkbox with Predefined Answer Label
Exclusive Radio button with Predefined Answer Label
Label Merged With Predefined Answer
To use this feature, simply select one of the predefined answer question controls and then use a double octothorpe ## at the start and end of the selected label text.
For example, to create a label that displays the client name all on one line, enter this text:
Client Name: ##CONSUMER_NAME_FIRST_LAST##
The finished question will look like this on the actual form:
Client Name: Wallace Michael Shawn
