How do I complete the Inland Regional Center Special Incident Report?

The Inland Regional Center Special Incident Report is completed as a form within SETWorks via the Forms tab on the Consumer's Profile.

Access the Inland Regional Center Special Incident Report

  1. Navigate to the Forms tab within the Consumer's Profile.
  2. Search for and select the Inland Regional Center - Special Incident Report form.
  3. Click + New Form.
  4. Complete the necessary fields.
  5. Click View Report to view the appropriately formatted Special Incident Report.
