Setting Default Content for an Activity Record

How do I set Default Content for an Activity Record?

Administrators
SETWorks allows you to set default language for an Activity Record to help your teams understand what documentation to enter into the Activity Record. See the Key - What's What? section below to see where the default text appears in Activity Records.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

Set-up Default Content

Settings > Provider Build > Utilities: Service / Phase Utility
- Select Edit to open an existing service

- Scroll down to the Default Contents text boxes

- Enter default text into the text boxes.
- Scroll down to select Update

Key - What's What?

Below is a key of where default information appears within different Activity Record types.
1. Default Goal Content - This is text that relates to a specific individual but appears as an overall comment, not under a specific goal. This text can be edited within a record.
2. Default Empty Content - This is grayed out watermark-type text that only appears when an overall comment about an individual is blank or empty. This text cannot be edited within a record.
3. Default Goal Comment - This is text that relates to a specific goal for an individual. This text can be edited within a record.

Note: Below is only a reference to show which default text will be displayed in each field of the record. Not all Activity Records have the same settings or layout.

Entered into the Service / Phase Utility - Default Contents text boxes:

Billable Individual Activity Record
Note: In order for the fields that contain the Default Contents to appear, an authorization will need to be selected first.

Billable Group Activity Records

Note: In order for the fields that contain the Default Contents to appear, an authorization will need to be selected first.
