Attach a Distribution List to a Form

Distribution Lists can be used to send a message a defined list of users.

One common use of distribution lists is to notify a certain set of people each time a form is created.

Users now have the ability to control whether a notification is sent upon each update to a form or just upon creation using the setting "Deliver When Updating Form:
