Form Downloads is a feature that allows users to select various consumer forms to download for multiple consumers at one time.
Please note: This feature is compatible with only consumer forms. It does not include staff, employer, department, or activity record forms.
To access the Form Downloads Index:
Enable the following privilege:
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Global:
Enable the Form Downloads Index in the Global Action Menu. This allows the user to view Form Downloads.
Once enabled, navigate to the Form Downloads Index by selecting it from the Select: Add dropdown menu
The user must select one or more forms, one or more departments and one or more consumers from the available filters for the desired time frame to display results in the index. (Please note: this index is limited to 100 forms)
Once all applicable filters have been selected, click on apply filters. All forms for the selected consumers will appear in the index.
The user can use the drop-down menu for Latest File to select which file from the version history they want to download.
The user can click on the
icon to preview the form prior to downloading.
Use the check boxes to the left to select which forms to include in the download file. Once all forms have been selected, click download.
A window will appear to alert the user that the forms they've requested to download will be sent to them in a zip file via internal SETWorks Message. Click OK. (Please note it may take several minutes for the user to receive the message.)
Accessing the Zip File
Once the file is ready, the user will receive a System notification in their message center.
When the message is opened, there will be a link to click on to download the forms.
The Zip File will be in your browser downloads folder
Click on the download to open the files. The forms will have been downloaded in PDF format and can now be saved.
