How Do I Sort and View Forms?

All Users
By default, SETWorks displays only the most recent forms (from within the last calendar year). You can use the Filter Forms button to view older forms. Read the following article to learn more.

Expand the Filter Forms button to view the filtering options.

Filtering Options

Form - Filter by the name of the form.
Authorization - Filter by the authorization associated with the form.

From and To - Use the date filters to filter by the form date. Please note that the form date is the date selected on the form, not the date it was created or updated.

Please note that not all forms grids display the same filtering options. The screenshot used in this article shows the consumer forms grid.
