Administrators, All Users
File Request allows SETWorks users to send an email to clients requesting that they upload a file to SETWorks. The party will receive the request via email which contains a link to a secure upload site allowing them to send the file directly to SETWorks, without going through email or another third-party source.
When would I use the file request feature?
- Consumer: Request a client uploads a recent paycheck to track income or verify employment for Benefit Planning purposes.
