February 1, 2022 Complete/Incomplete Logic Changes

February 1, 2022 Complete/Incomplete Logic Changes

Please review the following article if you received communication from SETWorks the week of January 10, 2022, regarding important changes to the Complete/Incomplete Logic on Billable Group Activity Records.

What Changed?
SETWorks discovered an issue with Intervention and Assessment Keys on Billable Group Records. An update to address this issue will be released on February 1, 2022.

How Will This Affect Me?
Once the update is released, it will alter how group activity records are assessed as either Complete or Incomplete. We need you to review the recommendations below in order to have the update go through smoothly and without interruption.

Why Do I Need to Take Action?
If no changes are made then records that should be listed as "Complete" will no longer be considered complete and will instead say "Incomplete". Please follow the recommendations in order to avoid this.

What Changes Do I Need to Make?
Please navigate to the Activity Records Key Utility and ensure that the Primary Option checkbox is selected for the Assessment or Intervention keys of your choice. Detailed description follows:
1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select the Provider Build tab.
3. In the Utilities dropdown, select "Billable Group Key Utility".

Activity Records Key Utility

Review the Assessment and Intervention keys and ensure that keys have the Primary Option checkbox selected. The specifics on how many keys and which keys need the Primary Option checkbox selected is up to you, but SETWorks recommends having at least 2 keys selected as the Primary Option.

Okay, I Made the Change. Anything Else I Should Be Aware Of?
Now that you've ensured that you have at least 2 Assessment and/or Intervention Keys selected as a Primary Option, you can rest assured that when the update is released on February 1 activity records will be properly assessed as complete or incomplete. When staff clicks one of the keys that have been configured as a primary option, then that key will mark that goal as addressed, and contribute towards the overall record completion.
