External User: How to sign a form electronically

How to sign a form electronically using SETWorks

Welcome to SETWorks! As an external user you have been given access to sign a form electronically. You will receive an email invitation to join SETWorks.
Note: Email delivery times can vary depending on your mail service and/or settings along with other factors that SETWorks cannot access or maintain.



 
Once you select the link in the invitation to setup an account, you will be redirected to a setup page:


 
 
After providing the required information, you will be able to log in and view the form you have been asked to sign. 

Status: You can review signed, unsigned, and all forms.
View Form: View the form before you sign. 
Sign: Sign the form after reviewing. 



Once you are ready to sign, select Sign. A window appears that allows you to draw your name, type your name, and write a note (as applicable). 
Select Sign to save. 




Your signature will appear under your name after signing.
