Duplicating Forms a in SETWorks is a simple way to be able to modify a Form without losing any historical data from the original. To be able to Duplicate a Form please follow these steps.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
You may only have access to Settings & Privileges if you are a SETWorks Administrator.
To make a Duplicate of a form, simply choose the
Duplicate option at the top of the form window:
If the form has been successfully duplicated you will receive a popup stating so and after clicking OK, the form is ready to be modified and then saved.
If you do not see the Duplicate option at the top of a form, you may need to enable the ability to Duplicate forms within the Privilege Settings by navigating to:
Settings
> Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Forms > Is able to duplicate Forms
