Deleting a Form

Deleting a form should only be done if the user is aware that this action is irreversible and is certain that the form, along with it's signatures & data that cannot be retrieved, is no longer needed.


To delete a form, simply choose the Delete option from the top of the form:




By default, the permission to delete forms is not enabled for every role and you may need to contact your Administrator in order to have a form deleted or this privilege enabled for your role by navigating to:

           Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Forms > Is able to delete consumer forms


After choosing Delete from the form options you will receive a confirmation pop up that asks for your pin to ensure that the option to Delete was not chosen by mistake:



After the user enters their pin and chooses the Submit option (clicking Enter on your Keyboard does not work in this window), the form will no longer appear on the list of forms completed for the Consumer, Staff Member or Employer in their respective Forms tab.
