How to: Delete a Signature

This Support Article will show you how to enable a User to delete Signature Requests from an Activity Record.
Terminology can be modified within these Programs per Version. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your Version, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
Deleting a signature is a privileged action and requires the user to have the appropriate privileges before it will become an option. If you are not able to delete a signature, please contact your SETWorks Administrator for further assistance with privileges.
To enable the ability to delete a signature navigate to:
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Forms > Is able to remove Signatures from Forms.
For users that have been granted this privilege, an “X” will appear in the upper right corner of a signature block when the user hovers their mouse over the block.
